AdHush (“AdHush”, “we”) is operated by Kruppe Software. This policy describes the data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

• Account information: A Google sign-in is required to use AdHush. We receive your email address and a unique account identifier from Google. We do not receive your password.
• Usage data: The number of seconds AdHush is actively analyzing video on your behalf, used to enforce the free allowance and bill paid subscribers.
• Video frames during analysis:While AdHush is running, frames from your active streaming tab (or, for the AdHush Box, from your television’s video feed) are sent to our backend and on to a third-party AI vision provider for classification. Frames are not stored, logged, or used for any purpose other than determining whether to mute audio in real time.
• AdHush Box status: If you pair an AdHush Box, it reports its operating status to your account: online state, whether it is muting, the channel it detected, and running counters. This is shown only on your own account and controller pages.
• Payment data: If you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive a customer ID and subscription status. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

• To run the ad-detection service.
• To enforce the free allowance and bill paid subscribers.
• To respond to support requests.

Data sharing

Frames are transmitted to our AI inference partner solely for classification. Payment data is processed by Stripe. We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers.

Retention

Account and usage data persist while your account is active. Frames are not retained.

Your choices

You can disable AdHush at any time from the popup or your controller page, sign out to clear your local session, or email us to delete your account and its data.
